We do not rent daily during July and August unless there is last minute availability.

  • Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. 
  • Check-in is 2pm (or when cottages are cleaned). 
  • Check-out is 10am.
  • No pets allowed (exception in cottage #5, additional cleaning fees apply)
  • All prices are subject to change and as of January 2022, Sauble has instituted a 4% MAT fee in addition to the rental price (this is on top of HST).
  • Fully refundable $300 damages/cleaning deposit is required for all new renters.
  • Additional cleaning fees may be applied if cottage is not left the way you found it!

​Payment and Cancellation

Payments:
  • We do not accept credit card payments
  • Deposits should be paid by etransfer (personal cheque under extenuating circumstances). Personal cheques must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the booking date (mailing address below).
  • Confirmation will be emailed once the deposit has been received 
  • Balance must be paid by etransfer or money order 2 weeks before your arrival date 
  • Guests checking out before contracted time expires will forfeit rental. Please let us know if you plan to leave early.

​Cancellation Policy:
We will refund deposits only if cottage is cancelled at least 2 months in advance and it is rebooked for the same amount of time.
