We rent to families and couples 25 years of age or older.

Important update: We have installed a new water system at Knottie Pine Cottages. Water has been tested by the town and cleared. Please note that we are on well water and therefore, we still recommend that the water be boiled before consumption.

Our cottages are centrally located, within walking distance (3 minutes!) from the beach and just steps from Main St. restaurants, groceries, shops, churches and medical facilities.
