Quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Excessive noise inside or outside of the units will not be tolerated. Repeat offenders will be asked to leave with no refund. Respect others privacy, PLEASE. |

Alcohol must be kept on your cottage site. (Provincial Law). |

Vehicles - one per cottage. Additional parking at rear of property. |

Drive SLOWLY in laneway. Children are playing. |

No tents or trailers on site. Campfires only at fire pit. |

NO PETS inside or outside of cottage. |

VISITORS - Check with management about visitors. |

No playing radios outside, or placing in windows to hear outside. |

WATER - our water has been tested and approved by the Ontario Ministry of Health. |

No sanitary napkins, kleenex or disposable diapers flushed down the toilet. We are on a septic system and the above will plug the system. | ||||||||||

Check to make sure all taps and toilets are not dripping or running. This causes the pump to work constantly. | ||||||||||

Dispose of garbage in the receptacles by the fence. Make sure the garbage is tied securely because of the seagulls. | ||||||||||

No lit candles in units. | ||||||||||

Please close all windows if you are leaving for the day. | ||||||||||

Keep the units neat and tidy, vacuum, and wipe up spills. | ||||||||||

Please use clothesline to hang towels, swimming wear, etc. | ||||||||||
